On completing B.Arch, candidates become licensed as professional architects and they can start their career journey with private and government construction companies. Course eligibility
Candidates who have cleared their Class 12th board exams from any recognized education board can apply for B.Arch. However, they must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Diploma holders in the related discipline can also take up this course. Students must study hard to clear the entrance examination necessary to get admission to this course.
The main entrance examinations are the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), JEE Main (Paper 2), WBJEE, JEE Advanced, and AMUEEE. These exams are conducted in both online and offline mode. In addition, entrance examinations are also conducted at state levels. Interested candidates can apply for state-level entrance tests to pursue B.Arch.
