Who can apply for the CAG exam?

What is the CAG exam pattern and exam syllabus?

This multiple choice question paper has a duration of 120 minutes within which the candidate must answer 100 questions for a total of 200 marks. Each wrong answer allots a negative score of 0.25 marks.

The basic pay scale of an auditor allotted under CAG will be in the level -5 pay scale matrix. This means one can expect an auditor’s salary to be ranging from rupees 29,200 to rupees 92,300 approximately.
