Industrial Training Institutes and Industrial Training Centers are post-secondary schools in India that offer trade training through the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship’s Directorate General of Training (DGT). The Directorate General of Training (DGT) developed the Industrial Training Scheme in 1950. Training periods range from six months to two years in almost 130 distinct specializations. The courses have a variety of prerequisites, ranging from a passing grade in eighth to a passing grade in twelve. After completing their training, trainees take the All India Trade Test. Successful candidates will receive a National Trade Certificate. Every August, students are accepted into a variety of ITI/ITC trades. Before the commencement of the new semester, the ITI Admission Procedure commences. Students who wish to pursue ITI courses should surely take admission in the ITI college in order to make their learning convenient.
